The Marine Trader 44' Live-Aboard Cruiser - Trawler is a classic vessel ideal for extenmded cruising. She has a 90 sq foot salon, and a spacious 266 sq foot living area forward under the forward trunk cabin. The 44 Marine Trader Mark II Cruiser is the best between a sedan and double cabin, the best elements combined into one. There are wide side decks and a large furnished aft deck. The twin Lehman 120 hp diesels use 2.5 gal per hour and the vessel can be run on one engine, alternating for additional fuel savings. THIS IS THE CRUISING TRAWLER FOR TODAY'S FUEL PRICES

| This vessel sleeps 6 in three cabins. The forward Master stateroom has a queen bed, a dresser, shelving, 2 hanging lockers, all the storage a serious cruiser could want. Next aft to port is a second stateroom with a queen bed, hanging locker for storage and a desk with drawer and mirror. Across the companionway is the Bath with a shower/tub, New fresh water flush Raritan electric head installed and connected to the holding tank and a Y valve. All done in 2006. There is a new Lectra San unit, but not installed. Next aft is the Galley Down; A double deep ss sink with single faucet handle, Norcold 12/120 volt refrigerator, Three burner Princess electric range, separate Norcold chest freezer, Litton microwave and a washer and dryer. Three steps up is the 900 sq foot salon.The fully equipped lower station to starboard and immediatly aft is a settee with a hi-lo table that converts to a bed. New cushions 2006. To port is a serving/lunch counter overlooking the galley. Aft and to port is a 54' high hanging locke. Lastly a to port door leading to a spacious after deck and access to the expansive bimini covered fully equipped fly-bridge with two helm seats and two double bench seats with cushionsBridge cover. The interior has 10 opening ports with screens, Carpeting, Curtains, Salon throw rugs, photos tell the story far better than I. The interior joinery is urethane-finished teal, the cabin sole is urethane teak and holly; The cushions are upholstered in blue, new cushions in 2006. The salon is bright and cheerful with a stuffed chair. |

| There is a Onan 7.5KW generator with a sound shield. The generator engine is fine but there is no output from the Onan unit, it just stopped recently in 2008. This will be addressed when someone buys the vessel. A new Charles 30 amp battery charger 2007. Three 3-27 house batteries replaced 2007; 2-D starting batteries 2007; genset battery 2006; 12/110 system with a new 50' shore power cord with adapter. Twin Ford Lehman NATURALLY ASPERATED 120 hp diesel engines with about 6100 hours, reduction gear, bronze propellers, Racor filters. Vernalift fiberglass mufflers, Two reverse cycle Marine Air conditioning systems, one new 1995, Rule electric bilge pump with alarm 2006, 12 gallon water heater w/exchanger. 300 gallon port fuel tank replaced with aluminum in 2003. Two new aft neoprene water tanks installed 1995 & 2007. |
